It was excellent place for travelling to Tulum, I was glad to stay there. Location: the hotel was really close to central Tulum, the Ruins, and restaurants. Had tea and goodies at Italdo Pasteleria, nestled 1 km of the venue. The personnel were nice;))

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, always welcoming and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful rooftop pool, and the communal kitchen made it easy for us to cook and eat with friends. We also enjoyed the proximity to the Ruins, which were only a short distance away and easily accessible either by bike or taxi. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.
Absolutely nothing.

This hotel was located in a nice quiet area, away from the chaos. the rooms were stylish and cozy, and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness was not up to par, with stains on the bed sheets and towels. the toilet had a low water level, making it difficult to flush, and the shower water was salty.

Spending Christmas away from the chaos of the city was just what we needed. The cozy spacious room made us feel right at home with a great bed and cute balcony to enjoy some fresh air. The staff was extremely attentive and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We loved that there were two pools, one on the roof for a great view and another like a cenote in the central square, perfect for relaxation.
While the hotel was great, the area could be a bit worrisome with stray dogs roaming around. Thankfully, we had a car to get around and didn't have to walk too much. It would have been nice to have more options for dining within walking distance but overall, we were happy with our stay.

Located in an unusual area, this hotel has a very weird ambiance to it. the center of town is a decent distance away, making it hard to get around without transportation. this hotel provides excellent rooms with nicely clean bathrooms, and staff service was outstanding. Breakfast is not provided, but there are local places nearby where you can get a quick bite to eat. the rooftop pool and outdoor spaces are very beautiful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the ruins.
